How do I create an account?
Creating a free account with Trend Funnel™ is easy. Begin by clicking on the Login icon located in the top right corner of your screen. This will take you to a screen where you can login to an existing account, but since you don’t yet have one click on the sign up now block located just to the right of the login and password fields. Enter your first and last name, your email address (this will be your login id) and create a password. That’s it! The next time you click on the Login icon you will be able to enter your Login (your email address) and your password and go straight to your personal Trend Funnel™ Studio Account.

Will it cost me anything to become a member?
Nope! Membership to Trend Funnel™ is completely free, but you must become a member to shop! So what are you waiting for… go ahead and sign up!
How do I sign up for newsletters?
Trend Funnel™ understands how annoying it is to have your inbox clogged up by unwanted junk mail. That’s why when we send out an occasional newsletter it is creative, informative and focused on the specific topics our members are most interested in (like cool new products we are featuring). You do not have to subscribe to the newsletter to be a member and you can discontinue your subscription to the newsletter without canceling your membership at any time.
For your convenience, when you register to become a member you are automatically signed up to receive newsletters at the email address you used as your login.
If you want to sign up to receive newsletters without creating an account or if for some reason you are a registered member but you haven’t received a newsletter, use the form on the bottom right hand side of the HOME PAGE to subscribe.

How do I discontinue newsletters?
You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time without canceling your Trend Funnel™ membership. Simply follow the instructions on the bottom of your most recent newsletter to discontinue.

You can change your account settings at anytime. Begin by logging in to your Trend Funnel™ Studio Account. In the bottom left hand corner of your screen you will see a blue drafting pencil marked “Your Profile”. Clicking on that icon will open up a screen with your account settings. You may review and edit these settings at anytime by simply changing them in the appropriate field, scrolling down to the bottom of the page, and clicking save.

If you forget your password Trend Funnel™ can send you an email reminder to the email address you used as your login. Begin by clicking on the Login icon located in the top right corner of your screen. When your computer’s browser brings you to the login screen, click on the “Forgot your password?” block located in the bottom righthand corner of your screen. Type the email address you used for your login into the form and click “RECOVER”. An email will then be sent to your email account with a new temporary password. Use that password to sign back into Trend Funnel and then go to the “My Profile” section of your Trend Funnel™ Sudio to reset your password to something you can remember.

How do I place an order using Trend Funnel™?
Adding items to your design boards and shopping lists allows you to take your time, make decisions, and change what you plan to buy as often as you like without actually placing an order. An order is not placed until you have finished creating your shopping list and you have chosen to buy an item or all of the items on that list by selecting the “Buy NOW” option on your shopping list.
Membership to Trend Funnel™ is free, and you must be a registered member with Trend Funnel™ in order to participate in the trend inspired shopping application experience. Registered Trend Funnel™ members can begin shopping immediately after creating an account and logging in. From your Trend Funnel™ Studio Account begin shopping by clicking on the image of the CD ROM marked “Launch Shopping Application”.
Follow the onscreen instructions to create a portfolio and project. This will allow you to save all of your shopping selections in an organized folder for later access. It will also allow you to generate multiple lists and orders and keep them all separate and organized by storing them in different portfolios and project folders.
Browse through the various featured products and save your favorites by adding them to “the funnel”. Once you are done making your selections, you can review your order by going to your shopping list.
From your shopping list you can purchase one item at a time, or in one easy step purchase the entire list!
*If you don’t have time to purchase now simply log back in later, re-launch the shopping application, open back up your saved portfolio and then your saved project, go straight to your shopping list to review your items and make purchases at anytime!

Shipping Costs:
Trend Funnel is a personal shopping assistance service. We do not currently house, supply and ship any products. All orders are placed directly with the manufacturer or retailer and shipped directly to you. We have calculated an estimated shipping cost into the estimated price of your product based on the estimated shipping calculation offered by the third party supplier. The actual cost of shipping cannot be confirmed until we know the total quantity, weight and cost of your order and the location of delivery. If shipping costs end up higher than the estimated projections we will contact you directly prior to processing your order.

Some of the products Trend Funnel features can be shipped internationally and some cannot. If you are an international customer, build your shopping list with the products you are most interested in but then call us to confirm shipping availability prior to placing your order. If you have selected a product that does not typically ship internationally our customer support team may still be able to locate a supplier that can ship that item to you. How do I return an item?
No more hassles with retailers and manufacturers! Trend Funnel is pleased to coordinate your returns for you!
1. Please contact us directly at 1-877-2FUNNEL to begin the returns process.
2. Be sure to keep all of the original packing materials including boxes, wrapping and packing slips as many of our suppliers require items to be returned in the original packaging.
3. When you call Trend Funnel™, a customer support specialist will gather all of your information relating to the order including your original order number from the order you placed with Trend Funnel™, the name of the item you are attempting to return and your reason for returning, your shipping address and your contact information. Please have all of this available prior to calling to save time.
4. Once we have gathered your information WE CALL THE MANUFACTURER OR RETAILER for you! We gather all of the necessary returns procedures and authorization codes and then once everything is finalized and sorted out we call you right back to walk you through the simple step by step instructions to return your item.
5. The same customer support specialist assigned to your return will be available anytime to help you with any returns issues you have with that particular item. They will insure that your return processes smoothly and that your money is credited back to your account once the third party supplier has confirmed receipt of the return and posted your credit.
*Do not send your return items to Trend Funnel™. We are not equipped to pass any merchandise thorough our headquarters and therefore your package will be refused and returned to you.

We make every attempt to insure that a product is not featured unless it is ready to ship or available to ship in an acceptable amount of time (30 days or less). However, on occasion manufacturers and retailers are not as forthcoming with accurate product availability information. In addition, having a product featured on Trend Funnel™ can cause a rapid increase in demand of an item that the supplier was not expecting. How can I get one of my products featured on Trend Funnel™?
Trend Funnel™ only features up to (”funnels”) the best 20-30 products in each product category. However, we are always looking to expand some of our smaller categories, and swap existing products out for something better. Our review process to be featured takes into account several considerations including, but not limited to, the quality of the product, the uniqueness of the product in comparison to items already featured, the appropriateness of the item for the trend, the room and the specific product category in which the item would be featured, product availability and delivery times, price, product warranties and returns options that we can pass on to our members, and your shipping procedures and costs.
We consider products from manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, non profit organizations, and independent artisans. Applicants do not need to have a website to be considered, in fact for many independent artisans Trend Funnel™ is their only means of selling product online.

Please include your contact information, a brief description of your product, a suggestion of where you would like to see it featured, a price and shipping cost estimate, and a picture of the item.
