If the furniture arrives damaged, or is damaged in the delivery and setup process call Customer Service at 800-900-8558 immediately. In the event of damaged merchandise (while delivery personnel are still on-site) the carrier will re-crate the merchandise for return to Crow’s Nest Trading Co. at no additional charge to you. If the merchandise is returned for another reason, charges for re-crating and return shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
